Colombian riots continue

Riot caused by issues such as pensions and wage reforms in Colombia continues. The anger of the people began with the government’s proposal to cut pensions a few weeks ago. The 21st march was initiated by some trade unions in Colombia to counter the pension and wage reforms of the Colombian government. In addition, Reuters said the demonstrators also expressed anger at the government's corruption.

The report said that the national strikes and demonstrations were the result of multiple factors. The Colombian government is currently facing a number of important issues such as pension reform, the allocation of educational resources, and the peace process of anti-government armed forces.
