Enabling works complete for Mirdif Hills Phase 1

The community project - Mirdif Hills project, has complete enabling works for phase 1. While all excavation and shoring activities for the initial phase have now been conducted. According to the developer Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC).
Mirdif Hills’ Phase 1 is planning to develop over 1000 apartments in three neighborhoods: Janayen Avenue, Nasayem Avenue, Al Multaqa Avenue.
Mirdif Hills is a unique mixed-use development, once complete, it will offer residents & visitors a distinctive mix of retail attractions and luxurious living experience. According Obaid Mohammed Al Salami, general manager of DIRC.
The foundation works for Uanayen and Nasayem Avenue were completed over 75% by May, 2017. While entire mixed-use community is scheduled to complete by the end of 2018.
