How is precast technology used for high rise buildings?

  Nowadays, precast technology is becoming more and more popular. It is widely used in Asia countries especially in Singapore, precast construction wall materials are being greatly helpful in shorten construction time.
  Precast wall materials including: AAC panel, Joe Panel, sandwich panel, mgo (magnesium oxide) panel. With these panels, how would it help for high rise buildings? Is there any disadvantage for these panels?
  - shorten construction time
  Precast technology use wall materials with standard size: 2800*600, while traditional brick or hollow block with size: 400*200. The difference is precast wall panel can manage to install at least 40 square meters per worker per day, while traditional hollow block only 7 square meters, with the same conditions.
  - reduce building weight
  It’s commonly know that high rise buildings above 40 stories will move with time going, especially when it’s heavy. But with Onekin Green Panel, it reduce the whole wight of the building, to avoid as much as it can for the movement.
