Oman signs $1bn for tourism complex

Based on local news, Oman’s Ministry of Tourism has signed an agreement with Quriyat Development Company for their tourism project, worth $1bn budget.
This tourism project, named Quriyat Tourism Complex, is the first freehold ITC project that is announced in Oman since 2010.
This tourism project will feature facilities such as hotels, residential units, water park ect. The schedule is to finish it in five-year phase, with the first phase to be finished by 2021.
These years, Middle East infrastructure is getting hotter & hotter, many construction developers & companies are paying more and more attention for it, hope to take part in this good market.
