Precast panel innovation for replace hollow block

 Precast concrete is not any new to people, and it’s not widely used due to it’s high density & unconvenient movement during transportation. Why precast technology is bringing again?
 Becauese there’s new precast innovation, which has successfully replaced traditional brick, hollow block ect. So what is happening for the so called precast wall panel?

Innovation on Raw Material

  In a long time, concrete & cement has been taken for necessary element of a building. What the innovation doing is to make a wall completely no cement.
  The choosen raw material is magnesium oxide, which is a nature fireproof element. The property makes if fireproof grade A1, as well as heat insulation.


Innovation on Production

  Typically, concrete panel is made by hot pressure or other energy supply. But this new innovation is making wall panels based on chemical reaction, which will release heat in the reaction process.
  The production is resulted in high strength wall panels. Since the raw material is well bonded with each other in the chemical reaction, the strength is high enough to used as structure wall for one floor building. Which, of course, can be used as non-load bearing wall for high rise buildings.


Innovation on Environment

  Based on the above summary, it is easy to see that this innovation precast wall panel is heat insulation. It helps to save energy up to 80%. On the other hand, the panel is 100% asbestos free, no formaldehyde. It has no harmful elements for human being.
