Status of housing construction in Egypt

Egypt is facing a shortage of housing, although in recent years 1,560 residential units have been completed in the new city of Tiba, Egypt, still can not be resolved. Therefore, Egypt needs more housing, 5352 housing units are under construction, and supporting grid facilities are about to begin.

Mountain View in Egypt will cost US$3.6 billion, which is the largest joint venture between Egypt and Saudi Arabia in the future. According to reports, the Mountain View City will adopt the most fashionable design and build a residential building of about 2 square kilometers with environmentally friendly materials. In line with Egypt's desire for sustainable development, it will meet Egypt's demand for housing.

According to statistics from the SODIC organization, the housing gap in Egypt is about 300 units. Housing is a long-awaited solution. At present, private developers in Egypt are building about 20,000 units a year.

Egypt is a good market and it deserves our attention.
