Onekin prefabricated wall panel 90mm thickness is a kind of environmental-friendly board which is widely used in wall construction.It is a new type non-flammable material made of lightweight materials. It’s made from magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, fly ash, plant fiber and mixed together with non-toxic chemical for strength. 

Magnesium oxide is a natural fireproof material, so the highly purified magnesium oxide is used as the main fireproof material,fly ash and plant fiber as filling materials, the high quality MgC12 as the main cementing material to solidify other materials.

  Onekin green panel is a non-combustible building material, it is made of magnesium oxide can be non-combustible at 800℃ and remains flameless at 1200℃. The fire endurance of Onekin green wall panels can reach 4 hours in accordance with Chinese National Standard.

  Onekin green panel is lighter than any other traditional panels, such as cement block, concrete block, cement panel etc. The hollow core design of Onekin green panel is not just can reduce a lot of weight, and meanwhile it’s compressive strength is 5.56 Mpa.

3. Faster installation
  Onekin green panel with tongue and groove design enables 3-5 times faster installation compared with that of cement panel, or bricks. It can be easily saw, cut, drilled and taped. One skilled worker can install about 40m2 per day.

  As Onekin green panel is lightweight and fast installation, it can reduce the cost on the labor, foundation, structure and transport. It’s fast installation make it can significantly shorten the construction period and project cost. According to our data, using Onekin green panel can reduce up to 30% total cost.

5. Thermal insulation
  Thermal conductivity for Onekin green panel is 0.17w/mk,while cement panel is 0.66w/mk. According to a Korean customer test, for the house built by green panel, electricity consumption is about 2 kWh per day, while for cement panel house, it is about 10 kWh per day, which means our green wall panel can save up to 80% energy.

6. Environmental friendly

  Onekin green panel adopts hollow core structure design, as the air is the best medium of sound and thermal insulation, and it shows great efficiency in insulating noise. For 100mm panel, the sound insulation is 39 dB, while it can reach up to 51dB for structure with two layers of 90mm panel with 50mm rock wool in the middle.

8. Waterproof
  Experiments show that Onekin green panel can make any waterproof decorative surface in the absence of circumstances,with cement bond into a pool filled with water, on the back wall can keep dry, leaving no trace, also won't appear condensate beads in wet weather. Wall panels are professional waterproof board, has a good waterproof, moisture and mold resistant performance, can be used in wet area such as kitchen, toilet, basement.
