1. Environmental friendly fire protection

Onekin green panel is a non-combustible building material, it is non-combustible at 800℃, and remains flameless at 1200℃.The fire endurance can reach 4 hours in accordance with Chinese National Standard (GB/T9978.8-2008), and don't release poisonous gas, non-combustible performance meet the national a-level standard. Also as per TUV standard (BS 476:Part 22: 1987), fire rated 132 minutes for 100 mm Onekin green panel.

2. Light weight

Onekin green panel is lighter than any other traditional panels, such as cement block, concrete block, cement panel etc.

The weight is only 10kg/m² for 100mm while the weight of the cement board is about 120-140 kg/m². As a result, it can lower structural load, reducing oversized foundation, the linter beams and stiffener etc.

3. Easy and Fast Installation

The lightweight panel with tongue and groove design enables 3-5 times faster installation compared with that of cement panel, or bricks.The panels can be easily be sawn, cut, drilled and taped. For one group with two skilled workers, they can install 40 m² per day.

As onekin green panel is lightweight, it can reduce the cost on the labor, foundation, structure, linter beams and stiffener for the building, as well as the transportation cost.

It is fast installation, so it can significantly shorten the construction period and project management cost. Moreover, the surface is smooth, so on need for plastering work after panel installation, skim cost directly and then other decoration,therefore, the overall project cost wioo be reduced about 30%.

5. Heat insulation and Energy Saving

Thermal conductivity for Onekin green panel is 0.17 w/m°k, while cement panel is 0.66 w/ m°k.It can reduce the loss of heat in winter and cool in summer.

6. Sound Insulation

Onekin green panel adopts hollow core structure design, as the air is the best medium of sound and thermal insulation, and it shows great efficiency in insulating noise.For 100mm panel, the sound insulation is 39dB, while it can reach up to 51dB for structure with two layers of 90mm panel with 50mm rock wool in the middle.

 7.Green Building Material

The raw materials for our panel are green materials, according to national environmental test, it’s without asbestos and no radioactivity, and also it does not contain formaldehyde, meanwhile, it’s free of heavy metals and other harmful substances.
