Fireproof and lightweight wall panel for interior exterior wall

Fireproof

Depending on the standard and thickness, the fire time is 1-4 hours. Onekin green panel is a non-combustible building material, it is non-combustible at 800℃, and remains flameless at 1200℃.

The fire endurance can reach 4hours in accordance with Chinese National Standard(GB/T9978.8-2008). Also as per TUV standard(BS 476: part 22: 1987), fire rated 164 minutes for 100mm onekin green wall panel.

Lightweight

At the same time of quality assurance, appropriate use of foaming agents, reduce the weight of the board. Both ensure the time of fire prevention and make the wallboard lighter. It's about 45, 45kg/m2. The light weight makes it easy to install and save freight during transportation.

Packing

Quantity of panels packed is based on the thickness of the panel. Generally for 100mm thickness panels, we pack 11 panels together, while 150mm panels are packed 7 or 8 pieces, in order to fully utilize the container space.

Wooden pallet package is also adopted. Generally, according to present packing method, a 40HQ container can load 16 pallets. For 8 pallets height is 10cm and the rest in 3mm height because of the fixed height of container.
