Onekin lightweight wall panel is an innovative building materials which is widely used in wall construction, Interior wall, Exterior wall & Partition wall. It’s the better replacement of clay bricks, hollow block, concrete wall panel, AAC panel etc.   

 Raw Materials

 It’s made of MgO (nature fireproof material), wood chips, fly ash , plant fiber etc. The highly purified MgO is used as the main fireproof material, fly ash and plant fiber as filling materials, so it’s fireproof, green and light weight.

Onekin Lighter panels are customized, so it can meet all requirements of the wall. Besides, it’s easy to cut, and you can cut it as your design.

1. 4 Hours Fireproof

Onekin fireproof wall paneling is a non-combustible building material, and it is non-combustible at 800℃, and remains flameless at 1200℃.  

2. 38kg/m2 Light weight

Onekin lightweight wall panel is lighter than other traditional panels, such as cement block, concrete block, concrete wall panel, aac panel etc.

The weight is only 38kg/m² for 75mm while the weight of the cement board is about 120-140 kg/m².  

3. Easy and Fast Installation

Onekin fast installation panels with Tongue and Groove design enables 3-5 times faster installation compared with cement panel,blocks or bricks wall panels. Generally, one person can install 40-50m2/day.

5. Heat & Sound Insulation 

Onekin insulated wall pane’s Thermal Transmission of is 0.0349 w/m.k, so It can save much more energy in summer and keep warm in winter.
