Onekin 1/3 weight of cement panel and brikck lightweight hollow core wall panel is kind of inorganic building materials, It’s made of magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, fly ash, plant fiber and mixed together with non-toxic chemical for strength, which is widely used in wall construction. The main applications of low cost prefabricated house and wall panels are wall partitions to instead of clay bricks, hollow block, cement hollow panel.

1. Environmental friendly fire protection

Onekin 1/3 weight of cement panel and brikck lightweight hollow core wall panel is a non-combustible building material, it is non-combustible at 800℃, and remains flameless at 1200℃.The fire endurance can reach 4 hours in accordance with Chinese National Standard (GB/T9978.8-2008).

2. Lightweight

Onekin 1/3 weight of cement panel and brikck lightweight hollow core wall panel is lighter than any other traditional panels, such as cement block, concrete block, cement panel etc.

The weight is only 10kg/m² for 100mm while the weight of the cement board is about 120-140 kg/m². 

3. Easy and Fast Installation

Onekin 1/3 weight of cement panel and brikck lightweight hollow core wall panel with tongue and groove design enables 3-5 times faster installation compared with that of cement panel, or bricks.For one group with two skilled workers, they can install 40 m² per day.

5. Heat insulation and Energy Saving

Onekin 1/3 weight of cement panel and brikck lightweight hollow core wall panel's thermal conductivity for Onekin green panel is 0.17 w/m°k, while cement panel is 0.66 w/ m°k.It can reduce the loss of heat in winter and cool in summer.

6. Sound Insulation

Onekin 1/3 weight of cement panel and brikck lightweight hollow core wall panel adopts hollow core structure design,For 100mm panel, the sound insulation is 39dB, while it can reach up to 51dB for structure with two layers of 90mm panel with 50mm rock wool in the middle.
