PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Onekin green wall panel is an environment-friendly panel which is widely used in wall construction, especially wall partition. It is a new type of non-flammable material made of lightweight materials.
It is made from magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, fly ash, plant fiber and mixed together with non-toxic chemicals for strength.
Magnesium oxide is a natural fireproof material, so the highly purified magnesium is used as the main fireproof material, fly ash and plant fiber are applied as filling materials, and the high quality MgCI2 is used as the main cementing material to solidify other materials.
When compared with other similar materials, onekin green wall panel offers a number of benefits such as completely green material, no asbestos, higher fireproof , sound insulation, heat insulation, fast installation, easier decoration, and lower cost of project.
Lightweight
Onekin green panel is lighter than any other traditional panels, such as cement block, concrete block, cement panel ect.
The weight is only 45kg/m2 for 100mm while the weight for the cement board is about 120-140kg/m2. As a result , it can lower structural load, reducing oversized foundation, the lintel beams and stiffer etc.
Fast installation
The lightweight panel with tongue and groove design enables 3-5 times faster installation compared with that of cement panel or bricks.
The panel can be easily sawn, cut, drilled and taped. For one skilled worker can install 40m2 per day.
Save up to 30% of the cost
As onekin green panel is lightweight, it can reduce the cost of labor, foundation, structure, lintel beams and stiffer for the building, as well as transportation.
It enables fast installation, so it can significantly shorten the construction period and project management cost.
Moreover, the surface is smooth, so there is no need for plastering work after panel installation.
Therefore, the overall project cost will be reduced up to 30%. Also, as the panel is thinner, it can help to increase usable space.

Thermal conductivity for onekin green panel is 0.17w/mk.
According to Korean customer test, for the house built by green panel, electricity consumption is about Kwh per day.
While for a regular cement panel house, it is about kwh per day, which means we can save up to 80% energy.

Packing
Packing method 1:

Quantity of panels packed is based on the thickness of the panel(Generally for 100 mm thickness panels, we pack 11 panels together, while 150 mm are packed 7 or 8 pieces, in order to fully utilize the container space).
When loading, the forklift tongues are revised with a purpose of better loading panel with 5 steel tubes as shown in picture.
Packing method 2:
Wooden pallet package is also adopted. Generally, according to present method, a 40’ HQ container can load 16 pallets. For 8 pallets height is 10cm and the rest in 3mm height because of the fixed height of container.
