What is Onekin green panel?

Onekin green panel is made of non-combustible materials: magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride, fiber plant,fly ash and other cementing materials with inorganic elements, so our panel is fireproof and green to keep you healthy.

New design：hollow core - easy wire & pipe

Onekin green panel adopts hollow core design and helps our customers wire and pipe easily, customers give feedback that it is very convenient to apply their electricity system.

Lightweight: 45 kg/m2 (100mm)

Onekin wall panel’s foam design and fiberplant material makes our panel lightweight and even one man can remove thepanel, to meet customers’ need ,

 we also have grey color made of same elements and it is just 45kg/m2 for 100 thickness panel.

Fireproof: up to 4 hours

Fireproof raw material mgo made our panel can’t be combustible at 800℃，and makes no smoke and flame at 1200℃. Grade A1 fire rate can last 4 hours in fire.

Green: 100% free of asbestos/fromaldehyde/toxicant elements

All our panels are made of inorganic materials without non-toxicant elements, because the good environment and health require green and natural building materials.

 And we do obey the rules to devote the green environment and our customers’ health.

Fast installation: 50m2/day/worker - quick project feedback

Lightweight and hollow core design make our panel easy move and fast install at 50m2/day/worker, you can save much laborcost and shorten your construction period while you get quick construction feedback.

Production ability: 100000m2/month

To make timely delivery for our customers, we have over 70 making machines to produce 100000 m2/per month, it is ok for our factory to add more machines according to your quantity of need.

What certificate we have to protect ourpanel?

All the datum of performance for our panel,we all have certificate to make sure the protection, we have CE, ASTM, TUV, SGSISO, CNAS, COC, and if you need it is all ok to send you original test report to you.
