Why it is lightweight? 

Onekin MGO panel is an environment-friendly wall panel which is widely used in wall construction. It is a new type of non-flammale materials made of lightweight materials, including magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, fly ash, plant fiber etc. Different with traditional concrete wall panel, it is lightweigt and fast installation.

What difference of mgo panel with bricks or cement?

Onekin wall panel is new type of building wall materials, it can be used anywhere traditional wall buildings are used, such as traditional brick, hollow block, precast concrete panel, AAC panel ect. 

Can it be used as floor?

Onekin lightweight wall panel can be used as partition , external and internal wall. Suitable for concrete, wooden and steel structure; high middle and low building. This green panel is non-bearing. Usually, we do not use it as floor, but if the house is only one floor, we can be used as floor.  

Common building/project type is: residential buildings, shopping mall, office buildings, complex hotel, KTV, museum ect. Due to Onekin panel excellent fireproof performance, it can be also used as passive fire protection wall, such as fire wall, kitchen wall.

How about the installation?

Onekin wall panel is easy cut and sawn and taped. According to our customers feedback and experience, one worker can install about 40~50 square meters in one day. While it is only 5~7 squre meters for traditional bricks. With this installation speed, can shorten the whole project time.

First we join the panel by using nails, mortar and fiberglass mesh tape to join the panel. Our panel’s installation is easy fast, one skilled worker can install 40㎡/day. The middle of our panel use hollow core design, for easy pipe line & electrical line.

How many ㎡ has one container 20ft?

Usually we use pallet to package panels and would like to use 40ft. because our panel is lightweight. Using 40ft can loading many panels. There is no space left, can help you save much freight.
