Introduction

Onekingreen board, which is also called magnesium board or mgo board or magnesiumoxide board, is a technology that also developed a lot of years,much longertime than Onekin green panel.

Performance

1.FIREPROOF

The main raw materialfor Onekin green board is magnesium oxide,which is a non combustiblematerial.According to CE standard EN12476:2012,Reaction to fire for Onekingreen board is Grade A.

2.ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Onekin green boarddoes not contain any organic solvents,formaldehyde asbestos.oils or other toxicsubstances that can have negative impact on the environment and Waterways.Assuch,sawdust from Onekin green board can safely be disposed of inlandfills.Off-cuts of our board can be reground and reused back at theproduction factory.

3.HIGH-STRENGTH ANDLIGHTWEIGHT

As its density, isnot relatively high,the board can be classified as light weight compared toother products attempting to achieve the same weight to strength ratio and assuch it can greatly decrease the weight of a building.

4.WATER RESISTANT AND NOTAFFECTED BY MOISTURE

The product allowsfor long-term exposure to a moist environment .Test results prove that afterthis material has been immersed in water for one month,and according to ournational standard,Percentage of water swelling is less than 0.6%.

5.SOUND AND HEATINSULATION

Onekin green board is an excellent acoustic dampening ,materialwith higher strength and elasticity. For 6mm board,the sound insulation can be29db.Two layers of 9mm board+50mm rock wool+75mm keel,sound insulation canreach 42db.

6. EASYTO USE AND INSTALL

Onekin green board is easy to becut,sawed,nailed and decorated. There is a smooth side that can be taped andjointed,ready to be decorated such as overlaying,wallpapering,painting,texturecoat and veneering.The other side is uniform sand textured,ideal for tilebacking.
